This unit came with a trailer I bought in the fall of 2019. Maybe, just maybe it has been used 12 times. Memorial day weekend, this year I turned it on and the only lights that show are the function keys. There is no noise and no display! Completely removed wire plug and plugged back in. Still nothing.

I'd love you to know that the BT functionality was working for a while but broke. Tried to delete stored devices but never made it out of the "connect" option.Manual instructions are not accurate or effective. Tried the factory reset button but it seems to be nothing but a power disconnect.
