I really like these shorts. The fabric looks good but has a lot of stretch to it which makes them fit better. Full size belt loops. The back pockets have 2 Velcro spots to keep them closed, which is fairly easy to open when you need it. The back and leg pockets are not deep enough for my XL size cell phone to fit into all the way, it sticks up a bit - which could be improved - but otherwise good looking, good fitting and a good price.

I bought some pairs of these shorts and found them to be incredibly lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying. They do feel like swim trunk material, but they don’t look like it. This has some advantages. Despite their thin fabric, they’re surprisingly tough. No really, I mean they have lasted much longer than other traditional pairs of shorts, and I’ve taken them camping, hiking, and rock climbing repeatedly. They retain their color really well after many washes. They also roll up into a very small form factor, making them perfect for hiking trips, camping, and travel when you want to pack lightly. Highly recommended! Order one to try, and if you don’t like it, send it back, but I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

they are longer than I wanted... my fault- didn't know the proper inseam measurement... not the sellers fault.. about 7" inseam- I would like more like 5.5" inseam.... I will use them-- they aretight" at 32" waist---- where other pants are just right at 32"They do look nice.. and I will keep them ..

Fabric light weight and thin. Unfortunately for my order the waist is too loose. Ordered 32 (normal size for him). The waist is a bit loose. The elastic(at the back) would not even stretch when he tried them on so loose. Reordering one size down. He liked them except the loose waist.

Shorts are very light in material and feel breathable. The fly button worries me, feels like it will rip off sometimes.

Needed soft shorts with a fly after surgery. These fit the bill perfectly EXCEPT the fabric smelled horrible! Was this a return that had at in a smokers ho absorbing smell? It absolutely reeked, would have returned except really needed this. Washed, double rinsed, the smell diminished somewhat. Ended up turning inside out, spraying with Febreeze and hanging outside in the fresh air and sunshine for a few hours. Wearable.UPDATE: ordered the dark green pair. Arrived fresh smelling with the belt packaged separately in a sealed bag. The previous order arrived with the belt in the shorts through all the loops. Obviously the first pair was a stinky used return. Quite disappointed with Amazon sending out a used, smelly product. Thank goodness I washed and double rinsed it first!2nd UPDATE: Changed rating to 5* - called Amazon regarding original pair smell, obvious return and Shannika made it right! Kudos to her and Amazon for responding quickly and positively to my experience.Amazon

My husband liked the shorts. A bit longer than he was expecting but he likes the fabric and the fit is very good.
