These colorful mini-pie pans work great. They are flexible, but plenty sturdy enough to hold your pie or tart. The silicone is nonstick so you can easily pop the pie out of the pan if you want to. One packaged, premade pie crust was enough for four one-crust mini-pies. I prebaked the crusts in the photo to make cream pies. Easy to clean.Highly recommended for home bakers.
