I put my TT Artisian 75mm on this adaptor and the aperture settings are upside down. Instead of the top of the lens being on top they are upside down. Focus appears effected by this.

I was able to mount my helios 44-2 lens with this, I decided to go for this since the connection points are metal. I think it's way too expensive for what it is.

This adapter (M42 to Z) works well at connecting my Helios to my Z6.Feels well-built; both sides mount smoothly and the lens can focus to infinity.UPDATE: I bought a second adapter, this time the Pentax K mount to Nikon Z mount.Like the M42-Z, This K-Z adapter is also excellent. Very snug fit, no wobble or play at all.

Needed to remove a tiny screw from the mounting base to allow it to fit the camera. After that it preformed well. Auto-focus is a non issue as my screw mount lenses are 100% manual.

Very simple to use. Slap the lens on one end, the camera on the other and BAM! You're taking pictures like it's 1964 all over again. Only you've got focus peaking and 1:1 zoom to check focus and not just a microprism from the days of old.Very solid, all metal construction. Miles better than the FTZ!If you've got an old Soviet lens, or any of the old M42 Super Takumars, this one is the best one. Eyes closed.I've got two of these (one for Nikon Z, one for Fuji X) and the quality is very consistent. Its only caveat is that it includes no caps at all, which at this price point is a bit ridiculous.
