Perfect fit, but be aware the newer Kohler models use a different flapper that is incompatible with the older toilets.

The part worked as advertised and my toilet stopped running as soon as it filled. The delivery from Kholertook 2-3 weeks. I could not find this item in the local big box stores so this was the only game in town for me. BTW the correct part number for this flap is located on the inside of the lid. Very handy.

I tried purchasing a cooler part at the local Big Box Hardware they were not the correct part what was best was to turn over the tank bed look at the parts diagram and order the part number that cooler provides was able to locate it on Amazon and have it shipped and it was the perfect fit well worth the money considering one week of water draining through your toilet could cost you considerably more

It’s very serious when a plumbing part needs to be replaced! This was truly a learning experience. I found the exact model and it was delivered within a week. In order to save plumber costs, I actually installed it myself and now brag about my expertise with toilet flappers!
