This was an exact replacement for the one that came with the toilet. Fair price no problems. Installation was a snap.

Toilet flushes normally now, I guess kohler's need the flapper with the float. I had one without the float and it would shut too early, and frequently would not close, so annoying. The chain on this is the perfect length, no adjustment needed, although I am not using the stock flush lever.
