So I took a few hours of the afternoon installing this yesterday, after making the initial settings with the unit unmounted. After installation, I couldn't seem to get the Fuel gauge to read correctly utilizing the OEM manual referenced [Ohms] settings. So after playing with the settings for a bit, I pulled out the DVM {Digital Volt Meter] and measured the Ohms myself... Yeah, it was in fact reading correctly and per the OEM settings, the tank was empty and just above the Fuel pump pickup... So there was nothing wrong with the Meter,,,, it was me and my perception. Very happy with this Meter, headed out for gas now... As pilots say, trust your instruments.

Be prepared to completly trace the whole wiring harness on your bike in order to hope you will be able to connect to the moto meter. NO REFUNDS

Loved the look at first glance but had 2 issues which one of them was a defect and the other one a function that I did not like. First issue was the tach needle that vibrates a lot under high RPMs and second one was the fact that you can indeed change the backlight color but can not set it up to stay on the color chosen, whenever you flash your high beams, it changes the backlight color.

I have mine installed on a zx10r. Took a while to find someone to install it. Still not working correctly. Could barely find any online help. Two certified mechanics would not touch it. Ended up paying a freaking diesel mechanic to install it. But as far as the meter itself I love it. It's a lot to setting it up. The warning of having a technical background needed for install is vague and misleading. Wish I would have paid a Kawasaki trained tech to install. But I would've financed it for 6-12 months plus donate my first born. It's been an ongoing learning process. Would be 5 stars but no help or support that i could find

I purchased this to replace the three analog dials of my 2011 Ninja 250. It does not just replace what I had; it also gives me more information, including time, water temp, and oil temp.The clock is 24H only but it's easy to convert. Having my speed in digital form is amazing. Being able to set max RPM and a max speed is nice. It does almost everything. The only other thing that I could ask for is a gear indicator.It truly looks like a newer bike.FYI: You cannot change the odometer to what you had on the old gauge. But you can do a simple hack. If you know what speeds you are doing based on gear and RPMs, you can change the Tire settings so that it believes you are doing 20x your actual speed. Do this until you are where you were before. Then set the Tire settings back to normal. Remember to keep track of your actual mileage during this hack so that you can add this as well.
