Where have these been all my life?!? Have always struggled with my shish kabob meat rolling when I try to turn them and struggled getting the meat off. The double prongs and slidey thingies solved those problems.

These work great. Hold a lot and the dbl skewer is great for flipping food for grilling on two sides and easily (use a single skewer for jumbo shrimp and you'll know). But, because the whole surface gets very hot, we don't use the food sliding feature without some kind of finger protection (two forks or these silicone finger tip mittens we use in the kitchen)

What a great product! Anything you put on them will not spin around due to the double skewer feature. Really great for shish ke bobs because the food pushes off easily.

These are just decent. Once used they turn black on the handles and you cannot touch them without an oven mitt.

double prong skewers are MUCH better at keeping food on the prongs. The push function makes the process a breeze, and stainless steel cleans up well and does not burn on the grill.

Just used a dozen of these to grill lamb and veggies. The are sturdy enough to hold the weight, the prongs are spaced just right, easy to reposition, even the push slider to remove the food works great. Easy clean.I might sharpen the points just a bit to get through tough meat. That will take just a few minutes on a sharpening stone.I've used many different skewer types and these are the best design to date.
