Very disappointed! I ordered these filters because it said it would fit my new miele vacuum, filters HX1 and HX2 but they didn't say that there were different options. Expensive vacuum to use the wrong filter and break it. And of course, I ordered them a bit ago so now can't return the unused ones.

The product seems to be an accurate match. But in my initial order the motor filter was rotated 30º inside the chamber filter - so it wouldn't seat or tighten. And wouldn't detach either.Also, except for the Amazon sales page, there are no instructions and what is stated on Amazon would not resolve this issue - unless you're an engineer or product designers.It took great force to remove the motor filter from the chamber filter w/o damaging it. Then I had to insert the motor filter as per Melie's instructions and not the filter manufacture's instructions.However after all that - it is an exact fit. The pleats are just as tight as an original (which is unusual) and for two weeks of daily vacuuming German Shepherd hair - it works great.So, I would recommend it and realize that you may receive the occasional lemon.

Suction improvement after replacing filter. Like that it comes with 2 filters and both with the inner piece. Slight difference I’ve noticed in the paper/filter quality feel and the plastic but still fit fine and working well.. folks.. do not wash/rinse these, you will lose suction and may cause damage if water leaks into motor housing… mine was just slight damp and Miele had zero suction. Good deal as you’re getting 2 filter for less than the price of 1 OEM

These work very well. I can’t tell a difference between the genuine one verse this. You and your wallet will not regret getting these.
