Good laptop for its price. Keyboard layout is rough. Anytime I want to hit the delete key, I’ll almost always press the num lock key. Biggest issue is the audio. Even at max volume, it is barely audible if there is any other noise in the vicinity

I'd been suckered by laptops before, but this Lenovo actually works. The touchscreen is intuitive and battery life is great

Pros: works pretty good while plugged in.Cons: I received a "new" laptop that was modified, had no manufacturers warranty with poor battery life/performance issues, none of which was disclosed that I would have to go through a 3rd party warranty not if, but "when" needed. Lastly, a 15% restocking fee for returning? (Will update)Apparently, buy "new" is not the same as brand new. It only means has not been used by a customer. In 1.5 wks, noticeable lag observed (especially with low battery).Btw, since factory seal was broken, manufacturers warranty is void, but don't worry it comes with a 1 yr warranty through a 3rd party. Of course, you would not know unless you inquired about it. I read a review where a customer sent their laptop to manufacturer for repair; manufacturer warranty was voided and sent back due to broken factory seal/modifications. Customer was responsible for shipping cost plus the time and headache... Who does business like this?

For the price this is just an okay laptop. Battery life isn't great even after just a couple of weeks. Screen is lower end. Speed is okay, but just using it for business type applications and internet browsing. Disappointing.
