This is a great grater / zester. I have a micro grater which works fine but took forever to grate things like parmesan cheese and fresh ginger. This grater goes through the task in a fraction of the time and still gives me the fine grate I am looking for. Sturdy, fits in my hand well. I give this grater 5 stars.

I do a lot of home cooking that includes zest and my carpal tunnel was not appreciating it. This tool makes it so much easier, efficient and quicker. It is easy to clean if you have a vegetable or bottle brush. Well worth every penny.
