The urn was great until it broke... It lasted almost a year. Before it broke it was amazing. Holds a ton of water and can heat up the water to very hot temps. Too bad it broke, but thankfully I purchased the extra Amazon warranty!

I bought this model because it has a nice volume as my family and I drink a lot of coffee and tea. This machine however lasted little more than 8 months before it died out on me. Would not recommend purchasing.

This broke after 6 months. There is a one year warranty but the company royalux) refused to fix it replace it. They days calcium deposits don't fall under warranty.I also wasn't happy with the unit prior to it breaking. It is constantly heating up the water and evaporating ah the water out of the unit.Definitely not worth the money.

If you want the water very hot you have to keep it on high but then it's always boiling so it uses up a lot of water.
