Along with the 127-lumen torch, the combo pack includes red and blue lenses (plus a spare clear one) for specialized uses like hunting or preserving night-acclimated vision, an anti-roll ring to prevent damage to the light, a pocket clip, a lanyard. The anti-roll ring does double duty as a holder for the lenses. The Mini Maglite features a bright beam that adjusts from spotlight to floodlight with a twist of the light's head. Along with high and low power, the light features Blink and SOS modes for distress signaling. Runtime ranges from 11 hours on high power to 25 hours on low. I've had a mini maglite for many, many years and I love it. The new mini is LED and I absolutely hate it. It simply will not stay on. I have an ancient Maltese that has to go out for a 3:00 am potty break and, not wanting to wake up my husband, I use a mini to navigate all of the steps in our house. I'll turn on the flashlight and it goes out. Turn it on and it goes out. Not very safe when I'm carrying a ten pound dog and going up and down steps and at 75 years old, a fall down these steps would not be good for my health; but to be fair, every LED flashlight I've bought has had this problem. Brand new, new batteries. It doesn't matter. These flashlights simple will not stay on. But with my track record with my old maglite, I had hopes for this one. Any old ones (not LED) still available?

I've been using earlier versions of these for decades. This LED version with different modes is incredible! Same durable package with a powerful light beam.

This is a replacement for an identical flashlight which was lost. It's just perfect. Battery seems to last many months of intermittent use.
