Product Use Method
1. Tie the fall arrest rope to your hand or to the window frame
2. Break the two pieces of the tool apart and soak them in water mixed with detergent until the cotton pieces are soaked with water
3. Lower the window and attach the two pieces of the tool to the sides of the windshield at one corner of the windshield
4. Move the tools slowly to remove dust from the glass

Unfortunately, this does not work well for our windows. We have two panes, but they are apparently too far apart for this to work properly. The magnets seemed strong, but when I put them together on the window, they barely hold together. It will work great for single pane or narrower windows. The concept is great, but it may need stronger magnets for some homes.

This has been so helpful. Washing the outside of my second story windows has never been able to happen until this came along. My windows have never looked cleaner. This is so simple to use. The magnet is super strong and will not slide around. This hits corner to corner of my window and leaves almost nothing behind. There is a squeegee side that will also remove the water when wiping. So it is best to start at the top and work your way down. This saves me so much time. The pad is reusable. Remove the pad wash and dry it then put it back on and it’s ready to go again. Would highly recommend.
