This manual meat tenderizer is a fantastic tool for anyone who prefers a non-electric option. It’s heavy-duty and well-built, making it great for tenderizing different cuts of meat without much effort. Assembly was quick and simple, and once put together, it feels very sturdy. I love that it doesn’t require electricity, which means I can use it anywhere, even when prepping meat outdoors for grilling. The price is great for the quality, and it does an excellent job breaking down tougher cuts.While I love how well it works, the cleaning process can be a bit of a hassle. If you don’t have a dishwasher, expect to spend some extra time hand-washing all the parts. Some areas are trickier to reach, but with a bit of patience, it gets the job done. That said, I still prefer this over an electric version because there’s no worry about motors burning out, and it gives me more control over the process.This is an excellent manual meat tenderizer that delivers great results. It’s easy to use, highly effective, and built to last. If you don’t mind a little extra cleanup, it’s well worth having in your kitchen. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable, electricity-free way to tenderize meat!

This thing works GREAT. Kind of a hassle to clean it afterwards, but any slicer would be. Well made, does what I hoped it would. Cuts perfect strips every time. Would buy again for sure.

Used it to make venison jerky. Worked great and is very sharp. The reason for the 4 stars is the screws that secure the bottom plate to the two vertical supports are too short with the attached washers on them. Just take off the washers (have fun as they are really tight) and the screws alone will work fine by themselves.

Was so happy to get this tenderizer, it was well packaged, everything was there down to the wrenches to assemble it. As I removed everything from the packaging, I was impressed with the quality of the castings and other components, the feed chute is plastic☹️. The holes in the bottom of the legs were drilled out larger that the provided screw, without the baseplate I could get about one thread of engagement. Since it could not be assembled I am sending it back.
