Assembly and use fit all expectations. Good quality for the price.

The pulleys help with varying lifts. I wish there was matching length chords. A bit of a rattle when doing pull-ups regardless of how tight you have it but not bad. Install was easy when you do it in reverse order. I use a bench with it. I’m a real person. I give it 5 stars but it’s really a 4.5. Best I could find for the money.

Not bad for the price I recommend it good customer service as well. It is sturdy, has a smooth pulley system, you can probably assemble it in less than 1 hour. I personally like how tall it is it's about 87 inches maybe 88 so you don't have to curl your legs up too much when doing pull-ups

I was super excited to purchase this for my home gym. We needed something that was versatile but didn’t take up too much space and this was perfect. It is perfect. However, the instruction manual is unfortunately terrible and not user friendly. The instructional video also is not helpful. Also, if you don’t have much knowledge of drill bits and drilling, it may be difficult. We hired someone from TaskRabbit who luckily was able to assemble this for us and they had to go out and purchase a larger drill bit to get everything together. Now that it’s assembled, we love it but I think more detail could be given into the instructions since everyone may not be innately handy. Just a suggestion

The quality is outstanding, and I love how it folds up to save space. The pulley system adds so much variety to my workouts. Highly recommend!

The squat rack itself is great. Super sturdy for being able to fold up. Pull up bar feels great and everything is easily adjustable the way it should be. I'm not a fan of the "upgraded" pulley system. There is no good way to mount the pulleys at the top to do crossover movements. The instructions have you put them through the pull up bar attachments. Unfortunately these don't actually line up with eachother since they are essentially big threaded nuts and one pulley sits about an inch lower than the other. The cables are also different lengths and the shorter of the two won't reach the plates at the bottom making the two arm movements impossible. Reached out for assistance with it and was just sent some instructional videos that won't open... again squat rack is great, the single pulley movements work great as well. Two pulley movements are trash.

This has definitely been the perfect solution for us. With only a small amount of wall space available inside our house in a room that is not a dedicated gym, we needed a foldable squat rack that could take up as little space as possible when not in use, and looked tidy enough to have in a living space. This rack has been exactly that. There's not much to say that isn't covered in the product description beyond confirmation that it is as described. Easy to put together, solid enough for its weight capacity, and nicely designed. Is it as strong as a multi-thousand-dollar squat rack at your local CrossFit gym? No, of course not. Is it strong enough to rack 300lbs on it and treat it like a piece of traditional bodybuilding equipment? Absolutely. The pulley system adds a lot of useful functionality. You'll have to be a bit clever with your mounting. With only one cross bar to mount as a pick point, it can be tricky to build exercises beyond pulldowns. The kit comes with two pulleys and two cables, but the cables are different lengths. That makes doing double-arm cable flys a bit tricky. The second cable length has been more useful to set different heights for pulldowns depending on what exercise I'm doing. The rack itself has a different diameter than most. That means that many of the accessories you might buy on Amazon won't fit properly. It took a bit of experimentation to find spotter arms that would fit. Not a deal breaker, but you might find yourself exercising that free return policy a bit more than you otherwise might intend.Overall it's exactly as described, and killer for the price. Absolutely recommended.

As a middle class person with 2 young kids, I wasn’t about to spend $2k on a rack to work out on. We also have very limited space, and no room for a dedicated home gym. This rack is an amazing value, especially when pair with the upgraded pulley system. Didn’t take long at all to set up, and works great so far. I still have a lot to get and set up for my personal gym, but this piece of equipment is and will be the center point of getting to and remaining healthy. Highly recommend if you too are on a budget.
