This works great for me,i have a big generator welder thats heavy to move around,This tiny welder fits in a ammo can and works great,i use this in stead of my big one,it welds just as well if not better .Haveing a tiny welder that is easy to cary and use, means that you use it more often to fix things and build projects ,rather than let things that need welding build up till its worth gettint the big one out.If you have a big heavy one,try this tiney one and you will use it oftener

This little thing rocks 🤘. It's great for little projects around the house and for a novice blacksmith like myself.

I puncharse for little project and work fine. The machine work perfect with the welding rod include with welder. I have some troubles funding 3/32 6011 rod. I usted a 1/8 7018 to finish the work.

This piece of machinery is an absolute work of art for the price. I was sceptical at first and needed a welder fast so I bought it. Just as loud as any other welder I have used and seems pretty durable. Functions fantastically for a sub $100 tiny welder.

Second step, I used a small amount of one stick to test and that machine worked too on 90 Amp setting just to check it out. It seemed Okay. Step three: to get Rid of the Rinky dink Non eye "protection"that is included along with the "welders" gloves as well. Both very sub par. The chipping hammer and brush is only a Token representation of real tools. Why pack them & be included?. Better off sending along extra welding rods included instead of this " protection". Likes: I like the portability and and very light weight. This is my first welder, and ordered the professional face automatic full helmet, hat, apron, gloves, chipping hammer, brush etc. Will update as I gain welding experience. I'm hopefull.

I love this welder! I live in an apartment and I was almost certain it would trip the circuit breaker, but after using it between 40-100A output current for 9 hours it was completely problem free. I used a heavy extension cord from the outlet that my air conditioner is usually plugged into. I turned everything off in my apartment, too.I had better luck using 5/32 and 1/8 rods than 3/32. When the 3/32 6011 struck at the 80 amp setting it felt like I was using a blow torch, but with the current set lower it kept getting stuck all the time. The thicker rods I used worked so much better, despite trying to weld upside down on a car's rusty and thin exhaust pipes. In hindsight, I wish I had tacked a metal plate over the holes instead of trying to build up metal to cover them, because it would've worked better and taken less time. I also should've worn one of those disposable rectangular face masks below my welding goggles, because after so many hours I got sunburn on my lower face from the arc's UV. It was supposed to be ten minutes of welding, but it was harder then heck to weld upside down. I'd be too embarrassed to show a picture of the creature from the blue lagoon weld that I made, but I still feel humorously proud of my monster weld blob I made on my first ever attempt at welding. Like how someone could feel proud of breaking a toilet, I guess :D
