Mishimoto's Silicone Induction Hose for the 08-14 Subaru WRX is made from a combination of high-grade silicone and heat-resistant embedded fibers for a high-quality replacement for your stock hose. The Mishimoto Silicone Induction Hose is wire reinforced to prevent collapsing under pressure and features increased flow thanks to a larger internal diameter. The accessory ports of this hose come with CNC aluminum fittings with a 3 barb design that will not fall out or leak under load. This hose also comes with everything you'll need for installation, including a robust 2.5" T-bolt clamp for the turbo as well as added worm gear clamps. Available in black, blue, or red, these silicone induction hoses retain stock fitment, the ultimate upgrade in performance and style. This hose will work with your stock after-MAF hose, Mishimoto Performance Cold Air Intake, or Mishimoto Performance Race Intake. As with all of our products, this hose comes with Mishimoto's lifetime warranty.

Fits and works as expected. Giving a 3 start because it moves the pipe to the air box out so it bends more than with stock, also pipe is hard but when it gets hot it becomes very soft. Had to remove the aluminum pipe on the tip and insert a 45 degree pipe in just to ensure that the pipe does not collapse as the 90 deg angle.

I bought this because the factory turbo inlet on my car developed a leak. The reason for this particular purchase was the brand name and it "looked" like it was going to be a better fit than the others.I got it onto the turbo snout relatively quickly, so I was happy about that, but the happiness ends there. It presses up hard against the power steering pump, so getting the factory boost solenoid on was impossible. I had to create a custom bracket and relocate the boost solenoid if I was to have any chance of putting back together.Additionally, all the other hoses that connect to this will not line up nicely. There was a lot of chopping and changing, as the angles of the other pipes that come out of this are all wrong.Further more, all the other original hoses were hardened due to age and had to be replaced to make a decent connection, so make sure you get all those before you even attempt to put one of these on.Additional hoses (original Subaru) you will at least need before you attempt this are:99071AC01099071AC26099071AC24099071AD100

I have contacted the vendor so they are aware of this problem on the installation of this turbo inlet, I have done others but the Perrin install is a bit easier ,you don't have to remove the manifold but with soapy water does the trick , the nipples are the major P so you will need new hoses for the nipples at the EBCS end ,the bracket can not be reused ,I choose not to send it back since I knew I can make it work ,but for the price I would get another brand, I have pics and videos of this and I am not endorsing another brand or getting paid for this ,In the end it works on my 09xt and having it tune soon ,so pack your patience you will need it for this install.

Worked great for my 05 Legacy! It's not easy to install due to needing to be under the intake manifold but was very doable. Save yourself the headache and remove the alternator and power steering pump and unbolt the intake manifold. Unbolting the intake manifold was not mandatory but made installation 100 times easier

it’s a very tight install i had to take off my manifold to get it on however once in it fits perfectly in the space provided i have to slightly bend my boost control mount to help fit it however if u don’t care about screwing it back in it’s secure enough to not move around

2008 OBXT, it was a CHORE to get on, but after replacing some old/brittle hoses that connect and chopping some others down it went in great and I'm sure it's going to be trouble free for a LONG time, so I think it was 100% worth it, but I was not prepared for the fight.

Installed in 09 WRX. Takes some patients and persistence but it fits. Putting all the smaller hoses back on is a bigger pain. Solid quality.

So I will give this credit for being a turbo inlet, but that's the end of the positive. Lots of silicone "slag" where the ports enter the inlet, the ports tear trying to install, and the bpv hose connection is off location from the stock location.

Fits perfectly in my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT (ej255/ej257 motor). I had to remove the intake manifold to get the turbo inlet installed, but I think that's the case with every single inlet you could buy, including the OEM inlet.
