This chair is now broke. This chair will not last no more than one year. Avoid this at all cost. I am requesting a refund or credit on my account. This chair was too expensive for it to be broke now. It leans to the side, if u sit on it it scratchrs the floor and carpet. It is very frustrating to have to do the entire process again. Someone please contact me to discuss a replacement chair, monetery compensation or credit on my amazon account.....

Do not order this chair. It is cheaply made and defective. Starting off it would rock just a little, as if it was off it's axis... But it was barely noticeable. Fast forward 5 months later and the rocking becomes very noticeable. It was off axis and leaned as if two of the legs were shorter than the others. Then a week later the chair rocked and leaned and I went over with it. 3 of the legs snapped right off. It looked like someone took a bite out of it. It is made of cheap plastic and is not worth the buy. What makes it worse is I have been redirected back and forth between amazon and the seller. No one can help me with a refund or at least a replacement. And I'd prefer not to have a replacement, because it would probably be defective as well. I've tried giving them the order number and they say it's wrong and redirects me right back to Amazon.

الكرسي بيزيق كتير كأنه متلزق بصمغ و مش ثابت و تعليمات التركيب مش موجودة و جيت اقوم بعد يومين اليد اليمين اتقطمت.. خدمة العملا سيئة و لازم ابعتلهم كذا مرة عشان يردوا حتي قطع الغيار عشان اصلحه مع نفسي مش متاحة، جودة و خدمة سيئة، لو البايع بيشوف دا انا عندي بيزنيس برضو يا باشا و مينفعش لو عميل يتعاون معاك كل دا و يصبر عشان يديك ريفيو كويس و في الاخر الخدمة حتي قطع الغيار و التصليح مش متاحة و رد متاخر و قولتلي اليد هتيجي من اسبوع و لغاية دلوقتي مفيش حاجه بعت تاني برضو مفيش حاجه.. لا انصح بالتعامل مع المنتج دا

this chair is the cutest, it’s soososo comfy. i highly recommend putting a flat cushion (like the one in the picture) for your lower back/tailbone because sitting too long will make you uncomfortable. the only issue i have is that in the back of the chair on the flap, there is a hole, it’s large enough to be noticeable. i didn’t really care enough to return it but be wary it may get damaged while shipping! other than that it was pretty easy to put together, and really nice to maybe watch tv in on your monitors! :)

When it arrived it had a couple tears in the leather already. Assembly was easy but reclining and the foot rest was super unstable. It flattened very quickly and really has no cushion to it after a few sits making it uncomfortable pretty fast. Pretty soon after buying it I wish I spent the money on a different chair.

Was simple to put together. Parts are cheaply made and an armrest snapped where it’s unrepairable but you get what you pay for I guess. Not a bad chair but I would recommend paying more for longer lasting.
