Works perfectly bug what a pita to install. Gotta take off the whole rear end of the bike just about to get this out.

Like Jesse Hickman says, you will need to do some work to make this product not leak from the bottom port. After trimming with a razor blade for the first install, it was still leaking. I was able to stop the leaking by carefully filing the nipple part of the bottom port (top and bottom) just enough to get rid of the imperfection in the alignment of their mold which was leaving a crack. I also placed the hose clamp directly on the nipple part of the tank connection during reassembly. It seems to be working properly now.

Works just as good as the one from Suzuki that’s five times as much

This is a direct fit for any drz400. I installed the new coolant tank and noticed it was leaking around the bottom port. Checked my hose and clamp with no problems found. Found the new coolant tank had poor machining around the port that the hose connects to. Was not properly made and there were rough edges and imperfections causing the hose to not seal completely. After using a razor knife to get rid of all the plastic burrs and applying some sealant I was able to make it stop leaking. Check your product before installation and get rid of imperfections before installing hose.
