Way easier then messing around with an incomplete home made solution.

Replaced the fork seals on my motorcycle for approximately 150$ in tools versus 600$ plus taxes at the dealer for labor. Took a few hours of my time but well worth the time and efforts.

I was pleased with the kit overall. The spring compressor is light but strong. The rod is labeled in MM and true to measure after verifying with another ruler. My only issue was the syringe was cracked upon delivery. This made it a little challenging to use, but I taped over the crack and it performed fine. Replace your form seals at home, it really isn’t that hard!

Much easier than cobbling together a handmade tool for compressing the fork springs. Worked as I hoped, got the job done. Between the seals and this tool I spent just under $100, way less than the $500+ a shop wanted for the job. Now that I have the tool, next time will be cheap and easy.

Decent quality on holder and spacer, syringe to hose connection needs to be better, fork rod extender ok.

I had to make new handles for the spring compressor as the aluminum ones that came with the kit bent quick. Otherwise the kit was great and was able to replace my springs.
