They only have a "text-us" support number, which after I left an inquiry, two days later, they still have not responded to. The product I bought is so far working great, but the lack of functional customer support is off-putting.

This phone came in and looks new. I took it to Verizon and they set it up with a 5g SIM card. All is working great. The only drawback at all was that the battery was at 5%, the Verizon tech had to do the setup while plugged in. Not really an issue. I'm not a heavy phone user so I easily get 2 or 3 days out of a charge. I've added a 128Gb micro SD for some extra storage. This is a great deal. I recommend.
