Truth be told, I already had a set of mounting hardware for my switch that worked perfectly. I bought this set because I'm actually "mounting" my switch on the top rack of a shelving unit. I offset the installation by installing the brackets on the bottom set of mounting holes. This turns the brackets into feet that lift my switch up about an inch off the shelf. Two "feet" weren't enough to lift it, so I got another set and this one works exactly as intended.Now I just run all the cables underneath the switch, instead of over.
