Crate motor does not come with this. It installed without issue. Perfect fit.

Do not use the cheap no grade bolts that come with this adapter. I was tightening them to the Chevrolet spec of 18 ft lbs but they stretched and never got to 18 ft lbs. They would have broken if I had continued to tighten. I purchased two grade 5 bolts and they tightened to spec. If these bolts fail at speed the engine would run out of oil in seconds.

Doesn't include the gasket and is very cheaply made, gasket is another $8.99 so don't waste your time!

not shur where to start. i will not be buying mr gasket products over the internet aging!!!!not only was the gas kit missing but they used the really cheap metal alloy. so its not worthusing . so wast of money and into the trash it goes. better thar then have it brake off whileim driving ill just have to look some where eles that use's real Steal, Aluminium or Cast Ironits sad so many company don't care about making a good product any more :(

I was initially concerned when I received this item to find no supplied gasket. According to Mr. Gasket's web site there has been a design change and a gasket is no longer required with this part.[...]"Note: The mounting gasket has been eliminated from this oil filter adapter kit. Adapter will seal without mounting gasket, it has an embossment incorporated into top of adapter. Adapter will seal to engine block on the embossment."
