I bought this two pack and then a single for rim and hair lighting. They are sturdy enough for my usage and get the light right where I need it to be. When I need to get them out of they way, they just swing and then can go right back in place.

The knuckle to tighten is plastic, over tighten will lead to breaking the only locking mechanism for the elbow.
