What more can you say. This fan apparently is not an easy one to find according to some forums. I wanted to replace a fan that was making a little noise on my home server. This was identical and just easy plug and play. Now my server is quiet again has plenty of air flow and keeps it cool. Not overpriced either.

I bought this fan because it has no lights. It is very quiet. It has a 3-pin connector. The other 3-pin fans in my case can change speed, but this fan runs at a constant speed. I'm not sure why. I have a Zalman Z9 plus case and fans. This case has a fan speed control dial on the front, and the fans plug into a speed control header. I'm going to write to Zalman to figure this out. The fan is nice and I will be keeping it.

Que dire des ventilateurs Noctua si ce n’est que la perfection en elle même ! Ils sont silencieux ils sont très beaux ! Même si le brun et également superbement réussi, il sont discret même à pleine puissance pour le coup moi sur mon boîtier ils sont en bas il amène l’air frais du sol dans le boîtier et ils y arrivent parfaitement bien même si il ne tourne pas à plein régime, j’ai un boîtier équipé tout en Noctua et c’est du pur bonheur auditif, on entends rien et il fait froid dans le boîtier !

Wie gewohnt ein Top Produkt von Noctua. Habe alle meine alten Lüfter gegen Noctua Lüfter getauscht und kann nicht meckern. Leiser und trotzdem bessere Leistung.

As the name suggests this fan is quiet and can even run silent if you use a voltage controller. It doesn't move a ton of air but for something like a media cabinet you don't have to.

Estos ventiladores para PC son una joya.Habia estado buscando ventiladores silenciosos para mi PC hasta que me encontré con estos.Los recomiendo, son muy silenciosos, no hacen casi nada de ruido.Ideales para mí sistema de ventilación liquida, cumplen con su trabajo.Lo que recomiendo es comprar un adaptador de 4 pines a 3 pines.Estos ventiladores son de tres pines y las placas bases tienen de 4. En fin estoy muy contento con esta compra.

i always thought "silent fan" was just an buzz word thrown around, like "blast processing" or "powered by AMD", but these are absolutely silent. they push much less air thean the turbines i replaced, but my cooling hasnt been effected so clearly i didnt need 5 high speed fans in the first place, and you probably dont either.

In bringing an old computer back to life, a chassie fan was frozen. I bought two cheap fans to replace it but two running made the computer sound like standing next to a jet engine. I reduced it down to 1 fan and it still was so noisey it drove me nuts. So I I bought this fan, after installing it my noise levels are barely noticible. I'm very happy with this fan.

Ho acquistato tre Noctua NF-P12 redux-900 per due miei server: il primo è una macchina TrueNAS, e ne utilizzo due in configurazione push-pull (back-front). Il secondo server è un Proxmox, ed in questo caso ne utilizzo solo una in configurazione pull (back).Nonostante il numero limitato dei giri, le prestazioni di questa ventola sono sempre eccellenti, come del resto ci si aspetta da un prodotto Noctua: Silenzio assoluto, elevata portata di aria, eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, quest'ultimo ben inferiore ad altre marche blasonate ma con prestazioni inferiori.In tutti i miei server che rimangono accesi 24H/365gg, dove l'affidabilità e le prestazioni sono basilari monto esclusivamente ventole Noctua.
