Appears to match the original for the 4.7 Toyota v8. The original I removed was also stamped NSK. It is possible the previous owner replaced it. But I've owned since it had 90K and it now has 170K, so I'm guessing it was the original. So far works great. The original one was getting the 'textbook' bearing grind noise. When I removed it and spun it in my hand it had the slight sandy sound and just spun forever. It was ready to be replaced! :)

This idler pulley was an exact fit for the top idler pully on my 2001 Toyota Sequoia with the 2UZ-FE 4.7L engine. My old pulley's bearing was shot and making an awful noise. This new one fixed the problem!

This was the exact same brand and part # that came factory on my 2004 Tundra with 4.7L V8. Worked like a champ. I normally get parts from the dealer, but didn't want to pay $100 for the exact same part.

Don't bother buying the cheap Chinese made ones. Get this one, its made in Japan by NSK who makes the OEM parts. Fits to my Lexus LS430 (Toyota Celsior).
