I've grown accustomed to the chewy ice that I fill up my mug with at certain convenience stores and truck stops, because I've also grown accustomed to keeping my teeth relatively intact.I was skeptical when I saw this product on Amazon but I took a chance. After a couple of weeks, I am very happy with it. It's a little noisy, but I got used to it. The ice is just like what I get at the stores.It's easy to use; just pour water in the well and within an hour I have plenty enough to fill my mug. It makes enough to keep my mug filled all day long and I only have to refill the water well two or three times.I'm my very happy with it and recommend it.

This pebble ice maker is a game-changer! It produces the perfect, soft, chewable ice just like the kind you get at fancy restaurants or drive-thrus. The ice comes out quickly, and the machine keeps up even during gatherings. It’s a little noisy but nothing to be concerned about, and doesn’t take up too much counter space.Setup was super easy, and I love that it refills automatically, so I never run out of ice. If you're an ice lover, this is 100% worth it. No more ice tray struggles or trips to the store for bags of ice—this little machine does it all! Highly recommend!

This is an excellent product for the money! Makes plenty of ice for occasional glass fills; it will serve to fill multiple glasses for dinner and such. Another thing that is quite obvious, is the noise level is a lot lower compared to other unit(s) we've purchased. Well worth it folks!

This ice maker works great. Simple to use. Plug it in, pour in the water, push the button to select "On", and that's it. The ice slides into the basket and that's it. The system stops making ice when either the basket is full or it runs out of water. You'll have to move the ice to a freezer as the unit doesn't keep it frozen. Great for household use. I make a few bags and put them in the freezer for the ice chest. An excellent purchase (especially with the Amazon Warehouse deal price I got).

I made the mistake of buying used, in like new condition. It arrived without any paperwork, which it should have had in like new condition. It was also not working at all. Luckily my husband was able to work on it and got it going. Now works great but still wouldn't take a chance on their warehouse after seeing that their customer service was rude and completely unhelpful. Probably would have stopped buying from Amazon completely had my husband not saved the day. Very basic Ice maker that makes plenty of ice for four. Just spring for new and shouldn't be any problem.Update! Right before the warranty ran out it stopped making ice completely..sent back.lesson learned never to buy used from AMAZON again..

I’ve had this ice maker for a few months now and I use it practically everyday.I have hard water here, so I don’t like the taste of my ice when I make it in trays or from the installed ice maker on my refrigerator.I use bottled water for this countertop ice maker and it’s so quick. Within 30 mins of turning it on, I have enough ice for a cocktail and before I’m ready for my next drink, the ice basket is already full.It’s the perfect machine for you if it’s just you and maybe 1 or two others.It comes with an ice bag, so you can remove the ice from the basket and put in your freezer while it makes more.One of the best purchases I’ve made!

The ice produced is consistent shape and size, and does well. However the ice is dropped into a tray that while still internal to the machine, does not keep ice frozen. You end up with a mix of half thawed ice and fresh ice that will half water a drink down. Not the worst, but could be better.
