High-resolution Audio
There is no compromises when it comes to audio quality. NUX B-6 delivers professional, high-resolution 24-
bit/44.1kHz audio, and the frequency response range is 20Hz - 20kHz.
Unique Patent-pending Gooseneck Microphone
To avoid unwanted resonance and key clack sound, the engineers developed a unique Patent-pending Shock- absorbing structure to team up with the custom tuned electret condenser microphone to provide excellent audio.
Flexible Clamp
The transmitter of NUX B-6 comes with a flexible yet sturdy rubber-wrapped clamp mechanism. It can be attached to the bell of different types of Saxophones firmly.
3 Dedicated Modes
The NUX B-6 wireless system for Saxophones has three dedicated modes. Each mode comes with an optimal EQ curve for the Soprano Saxophone, the Alto Saxophone and the Tenor Saxophone. To switch among different modes, simply press the POWER/SCENE button on the transmitter.
A Storage Case that Charges
Inherited from the NUX B-5RC, the NUX B-6 wireless system for Saxophone also comes with a storage case that can charge both the transmitter and receiver simultaneously, provides up to 15 hours of extra battery life.
The receiver has the XLRM plug-in type for connection to a microphone input on a mixing console or amplifier.

After multiple attempts and adjustments, the unit is not compatible with my current equipment. Both the NUX B-6 wireless mic and my Xvive U4 wireless (IEM) in-ear monitoring system operate on the same 2.4GHz frequency. The signal frequently cuts out.While the sound quality is great and the ease of use is excellent, it does not perform in the stated range of 20 meters (approx. 60’ ft.). The signal breaks up between 8-10’ ft.

Sounds pretty good. More convenient than using a mic stand and wired mic. It did turn off on me during a gig? I know it has a timer if it doesn’t hear anything, but there is no way I didn’t play for that long. I play on every song in the band. Would recommend, but only 4 stars because I would rather it have an option to stay on until I turn it off or the battery die.
