Our weight clamps are not only made for Olympic size (50 mm) weight training bars (e.g. dumbbells and barbells), they are also suitable for special bars (48 mm) and only require you to adjust them manually to match.

These work WAY better than the old spring style barbell clips. They hold stronger, go on quicker, and don't get in the way of setting the bar down if you have smaller weights on.I think I might even get myself another set. It seems like a good thing to have duplicates!Definitely would recommend to anyone still using the old style clips!
