Followed instructions and product would not ever get out of installation mode no matter what we tried. Spent all morning trying boothtooth install, then thru the ethernet core directly connected to my router. Nothing worked. Then called customer service. I could barely understand the woman trying to assist me. After 30 minutes of trying what she suggested her only response was to return the item. I asked if I would be charged for my account and was told I would have to call back the following day to cancel. Apparently there were no account specialist in the office at that time. Huge waste of time. Super disappointed in the company's customer service and the product.
