This is a high-quality grill pan, and I’m happy with the results when I used it for baking. It performs well overall. My only issue is that the dimensions listed online were not accurate for my small oven, which I use most frequently. While I will still use the pan, it won’t be as often as I had planned due to the size mismatch.

This is a really lovely griddle pan. Just what I’d hoped for but unfortunately it is just fractionally too wide for my mini oven so I have to return it.

Got this mini griddle to add to our kitchen and I am very happy with it's performance. It is indeed somewhat small but it is the perfect size for some things, like fries. I like the handles for easy carrying and also the non sticky surface, which is very nicely coated. The griddle also being small is not too heavy so anyone can use it and wash it. I have hand washed it only and so far I haven't noticed any damages to it. It does a good job at evenly spreading the heat and cooking things evenly. The edges are well deburred and is overall a well made griddle.

I have been getting into combi-oven cooking lately. It's a small countertop oven that can air fry, steam, convection bake, etc. In doing so I had to start obtaining smaller pots and pans, as the space inside the oven can really only accommodate a 13" wide pan. This pan fits nicely into my combi-oven, and it does a great job. It cleans up really well. The non-stick coating works incredibly well. I haven't managed to scratch it yet, which is a plus. It heats evenly.I like it quite a bit.

Great griddle pan! My wife and I have not used traditional non-stick in a year now. We saw this and wanted to try it because it doesn't contain any of the bad chemicals usually associated with Teflon/non stick. The pan arrived in a nice box, very thoughtful and personal. The pan itself is thick and feels very sturdy. According to directions, we washed the pan before using it. We first tried it at home on our electric glass range. This worked very well for asparagus and potatoes with EVOO and seasonings. We then tried it in our RV on the gas range and made bacon and eggs for the kids and it worked out very well. The heat dispersion works well using one burner. It was so easy to clean up and still maintained its luster. You do need mitts for the handles, as it gets as hot as the pan. We love the non stick and this pan was a great find!

I didn't have a pan of this style so I figured I'd give it a whirl This has become an instant favorite. It works really well. I'm shocked by how well the non-stick surface actually works. Just a slight touch of fat and you're good to go. I love that I can use it in the oven as well. It's a great compact size that works well for me. Zero complaints about this pan.

I thought I’ve given up on nonstick cookware - having to replace them every few years as the coating wears off or breaks down. I found this and thought I would give it a shot. I’m so glad I did! It’s so useful and I love how it goes from stove to oven. None of my nonstick pans could do this, at least not up to a 450° oven. I can sear a steak and finish it in the oven without having to transfer to an oven safe dish. It heats up nice and even and doesn’t seem to have ridiculous hot spots like some of my cookware. It’s thick and it works like a cast iron pan, except it’s not as heavy. I find this great for making smaller meals as well. It’s perfect for pancakes and bacon. I’ve used it to make burgers and used the same pan to heat up the buns - awesome! I make a lot of flatbread and prefer to use a nonstick pan, so I appreciate that I can heat this up empty without worrying about it warping. If it were any deeper, I would consider using this to make frittatas or brownies. It’s easy to clean. I don’t recommend using the dishwasher for this (as with all nonstick pans). Since it’s nonstick, it doesn’t require much scrubbing anyway. I just use a soft sponge and regular dish soap. I really like this pan - it’s versatile and good quality. It’s definitely spendy, but I think it’s fair for the quality of the product you get. With good care, I see this lasting for many years.

I am an avid home cook, and had heard a lot about Our Place pans, but had never ordered one - until now, that is! This Mini Griddle by Our Place, is a unique piece, and has quickly become one of my favourite pieces of cookware. It is super lightweight, and the construction is solid. My first dish that I cooked using this griddle was pancakes for my kids. I love that I was able to cook multiple pancakes at once, and the griddle heated up brilliantly. It maintained temperature evenly, and I was able to cook breakfast in no time at all, and with not one burnt pancake! The griddle was amazingly easy to clean up afterwards. I have also used this to bake pasta and curries in the oven, and I am super impressed by how well this pan works. These pans are expensive, but worth it! You will love cooking in them!

I wasn’t sure how big this pan was when I ordered it or what I would use it for, but I’m glad I ordered it. I’ve used it to heat up leftover pizza on the stove top and grill up a small steak. It fits perfectly on my gas burner, heated up nicely and is non-stick. The directions do provide info on how to keep it non-stick. It washes easily in the sink with just dish soap and water. I honestly can’t wait to try it in the oven for either a cake or casserole type dish. It’s pretty lightweight and for me stores easily in my cabinet with my other cookie sheets. Overall I’m happy I ordered this and now know there will be a variety of uses for it.

Easy to use and a good size for my RV Suburban gas stove top. Was able to make 6 - 1/4 cup pancakes at the same time. (The pancakes are yellow because I put turmeric in them. Wasn't the pan's fault. LOL). Will try roasting vegetables in the convection oven tonight.Note that the handles get HOT so have your mitts or pot holders ready.Hand wash only, but I've included a photo of the pan after cooking 9 pancakes in about 2 tbs of butter. It will be a swipe with a paper towel and a swish with a soft soapy sponge. Rinse and dry. So easy! Love it!

We have been using this as a griddle on an electric stovetop and find it works quite well. The non-stick surface requires no butter or oil when cooking pancakes and the heat transfers well across the surface due it's aluminum composition. I have not used it in the oven yet but I am anxious to try some brownies in it. The only negative thing I could note would be how hot the handles get. They are aluminum too of course so they seem to get about as hot as the griddle which means you really have to be careful to use some kind of potholder or glove when touching the handles. The surface is non-stick but there is still a tendency for it to slide around when you are using the spatula with it.
