The pressure-ring is way too big for most toilet riser tubes; just drops on and spins everywhere! Because I was in a rush and wasting water while Amazon shipped this, I opted to trim it, heat it and bend it smaller.Now it fits fine, but clear that the flapper bump itself is too small for drain pipe base, the click-hinge too loose, and the sealing ring also undersized, meaning often falls back off center, leaking around edges!Cost cheap enough that I opted not to make a fuss, but DON'T buy this.

Glad to find on Amazon as I can no longer find this item locally. My first one bought locally has lasted so long, I wanted one more for another toilet plus a spare.

My home was built in 1999. I have 3 toilets. One broke and I tried several stoppers from Home Depot and none fit. This one fit great and it had a water saving option. I ordered 2 more because of my other 2 bathrooms. A few weeks late ( when we had guests staying the night ) one of the other toilets broke. It took a minute to fix because I already had one waiting 😊👍.

Boy, do I feel dumb. I wrote a one-star review claiming this didn't fit. A few days later I was trying to figure out what to do with it and realized that if you flip the ring around, the distance between the ring and the flap is different. I tried it again with the ring the other way, and it fit with no problem. However, I can still only give it 3 stars because it still didn't work for my toilet. The ring is bigger than the pipe in my toilet, which makes it a cinch to slide on. But every time I flushed the while apparatus, ring and all, got pulled up the pipe. This would cause the flapper to sometimes get wedged against the side of the tank, so I still had to check and make sure it went down all the way every time I flushed. Also, it had a very slow leak. (But, in fairness, I've tried 3 different flappers and all of them have had the same slow leak.)

I know - it's a toilet flapper but I can say that it works better than those I have purchased at the big box store. It seals tightly and would be difficult to break the seal if use have a plastic arm attached to the flush handle. The plastic arm would simply flex too much and require you to stand there and hold pressure on it until (IF) it broke the seal and flushed. I've been there and done that so to avoid it, I paired it with the American Standard 7387720020A arm [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003H4DBKM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_13] and the combination works like a charm. Depending on your tank design, you may have to bend the arm and may have to use a Dremel to trim the handle to fit into the hole on Kohler tanks (I did) but the results are worth it. You can use a different flush handle but just be certain it's metal and doesn't been too easily.The wife is happy, happy, happy, so by definition, I am too!

Doesn't fit my toilet, arms are a bit short, so it won't seal. Leaks so much the water level in the tank never rises at all.
