These phones work well with Ring Central. You just need to set the provisioning server correctly and you should have no trouble adding them to an existing Ring Central Line/Account.

The phone works as expected, and I know it is "renewed" but the body is all chewed up, looks like it was dragged down a gravel road behind a pickup.... It'll work for what I need it for but would not trust the seller for any other purchases.

Spent a very long time with tech support. Will take calls but cant set up any of the features to use on a ringcentral system such as displaying the other extensions for our company.

Purchased 2x phones. What you're buying here is someone else's problem. The one phone is defective in the plastic at the handset and won't hang up. The second phone came with a different configuration, so we reset that in our software. I'm not sure what they do to refurbish these, other than wipe it off with plastic cleaner. They ignored my first request to return the defective one. Had to send a second time. Make sure you test these right away, as the window will close on you to return.

Really not happy with this product it keeps loosing contact with the pbx and won’t ring until it’s reset by unplugged and reconnecting it and you never know if it is working or not because you can still make calls unlike my Grandstream phones on the same network that work great

Firstly, the phone looked like new when received. It did have one small issue, but it only took one email to Customer Support and I had a new phone on my desk to replace it. Buying 4 more now.
