Nice has three sections so you can keep it small until you need it. the three sections screw together easily. Has nice shiny stainless look and seems really sturdy. Hook is nice and big no problem grabbing the latch. the carry case everything fits in snuggly

This is a sturdy, well made pull down, pole hook. It's strong because the pieces fit tightly together and it is long enough to reach the attic door. I used to hang a rope from the door to open it but that just didn't look right. The best part about it is that the company foresaw this problem. They actually include hardware to put a hook on the door ! So the hook you grab with and the hook you grab are both included. This is awesome. Goodbye rope. You can also use this for other things-- like getting the hummingbird feeder off the hook so you can refill it, or hanging something from the rafters in the garage-- as long as you teach others in the house to put it back where they got it so you can find the darned thing when you need it. This part takes patience but has nothing to do with the quality of the product.Packaging was great too. Everything was individually wrapped so nothing got scratched. Highly recommended.
