Not as described on Amazon's website. There is on silicon lubricant included in package, sure it is only lubricant but if your not going to include it, then dont advertise it as part of the package.

Beware - picture shows this kit includes lubricant. Mine did not. Looks like other reviewers have also stated theirs was lacking the lubricant so apparently it's just intentionally misleading.
