Bands are weak. I'm 71 years old and have a hard time lifting a gallon of milk and yet the strongest band gave very little resistance. Not really happy with this purchase.

It was really nice I've used them every day, it simple to change the strength of the bands with the handle and the price was extremely low when comparing it the the many others available.

Got them today and used once. Handles and bands work great. Appears to be good quality as well.

The package included all 5 bands which included 30lb, 25lb, 20lb, 15lb, and 10lb bands. The bands appear to be of quality material. In addition, the butted ends are not like some cheaper bands that might snap. The butted ends on these bands look to be much more durable than others.The plastic handles are nicely padded and very comfortable to use. I have been using these for armwrestling training and, with all 5 bands on, the handles are still very comfortable even after 30 reps.One very nice feature are the tie-off straps that can be used to make an anchor. I use the straps on my weight rack which is a 2x2-inch bar and I think that these straps will likely fit a 3x3 inch bar. This makes it so that these straps can be anchored nearly anywhere.The included carabiners are plentiful as well.

These work pretty well and were what I expected. The resistance isn’t super high though so right off the bat I’m using all the bands together for most exercises.The only bad thing really is the limitation in terms of range of motion. The bands don’t have enough room to stretch long enough for a tall guy like me (6’2”) to get the full benefit of an exercise. If I start a repetition with some tension already on the band it will be at maximum length before my body is at max extension. If I start with enough slack to complete the movement then the first part of the rep has very little or almost no resistance. With me being taller than average this problem could be unique to me and not effect others.Due to the relatively low resistance for some exercises and limited range of motion these bands don’t allow me to take full advantage of their versatility. For the price however they’re still a great addition to things i already have at home like a sandbag and pull up bar.

We use this product only one time and one minute.Product quality is very low. Also we found its damage itself. Cheap products and very poor quality. Do not purchase.
