Thr app doesn't work. It doesn't charge or even turn on. What a waste of $$$$. It also looks like it's already been used? It's completely broken. We were so excited for this. A joke of a product.

It is advertised that you can down load the app to but it is not available in the app store for either android or apple in the united states. The only thing this robot does is what it is commanded to do per the remote control. Nothing special for it to be priced this high.

I struggled with whether to give this 3-stars as the software side of it is impressive, it's the mechanical that I found lacking - which is primarily only the feet. I feel I should give this two stars as an expression of concern for buyers - this electronic dog is impressive - it looks cute and the programmed moves available via the controller or a cell phone are entertaining.The negative centers around it not being usable on carpet, and since it requires a hard surface I tested it on my slate floor then on a linoleum floor. It both cases the feel mostly spun freely so the desired movement was minimal and halting. For indoor use I suppose we could try mudding up the feet so they don't so easily move, but then that'd put strain on the motors so I don't know if I'll try that. I haven't tried using the app for motor control, but the included remote has no way to reverse the dog - it only moves forward or tries to turn left or right. Since I had to test in my kitchen nearly every move had it move forward enough that it ran out of room to even move forward enough to turn left or right so the only choice was to reverse (which isn't available) or be picked up and set down facing the other way. Fun and cute, but needs some attention to details.

I was looking for something to program, but at this price, this wasn't it! Nice toy, if that's what your looking for. BTW, App doesn't work, when you scan and go to the page it's just a static image, clicking on it does nothing and a big reason for returning "NOT AS ADVERTISED!"

The item is really nice, but if you have aAndroid phone you may not be able to connect the dog and speak to it. Instead of having to use the remote. I had to send it back. I wish it would have worked.
