I had an initial problem with height adjustments. The seller was contacted and sent a new cylinder in case that was the issue. A friend stopped by while I was awaiting the delivery of the cylinder, and fiddled with the chair and got it to adjust. When sitting on it, my short arms can't get to the adjustment lever but I don't plan on raising it so that's fine. I know it can if I need it to. I do find that the back puts my butt further forward than I like but if I continue to find it uncomfortable I can remove the back and use it as a stool. The seat covering appears to be higher quality than I thought it would be. The back is a double zipper cover that can be removed if needed.Overall this is a good chair. Its not perfect for ME but there are few in this bariatric category that even come this close so I am content with my purchase.

This is a comfortable chair; the rollers are good on a tile floor. The seat cushion is of OK quality, it is a stool. The back rest is less than to be desired. The only issue I really have is that the Gas Cylinder is not always holding the seat level where it needs to be and drops on me throughout the day.

The chair is nice and mostly comfortable but within 2 weeks of use, the shock that holds the height of the chair in place no longer works. Didn't last long at all.

While it is certainly sturdy, it's also gravely uncomfortable. First the back is poorly designed. It wont adjust to the amount needed to let you use the whole seat, you have to sit further toward the front of the seat because the back won't adjust back far enough. So I took the back off entirely so I could use it like a regular no-back stool. Problem there is that the shape of the seat, when you stand to do something, is almost certainly going to move to a position where it's not easy to just sit down again without checking to see where the front of the seat is. Its 'ergonomic' design has a definite front and back and you can't just plop down on it without checking the position of the seat.Really, just don't buy this particular stool. Opt for one with a traditional round seat, and you can thank me later.Update: Less than one year of light use has proven to be too much for this awful chair. The footrest has completely failed, first when the supports bent, and then when the rivets holding the ring on all broke off, detaching the footrest completely. Honestly, don't buy one of these very terrible chairs.

Stylish, good looking modern office chair. Like another reviewer mentioned you can feel the screws that are used to put together the chair. It’s not an issue for me because I am using a memory foam seat cushion for extra comfort. I will say that I wasn’t expecting shiny PU leather, would have preferred matte. Again, not a deal breaker (for me). And I’m having no issue with the foot rest (mentioned by another reviewer) Stays in place just fine. Overall happy with my purchase.

I decided I did not like the conference room desks I saw online and in stores, so I made my own. It was high, and I wanted chairs that looked modern, did not break the bank, and fit the look and feel of the area. These chairs nailed all three aspects we were going for. They are obviously no high-end 2000 dollar office chair, but they work great and people really like the high sitting position. The only modifications made was to add the rollerblade style wheels. I love the height on the chair even on the lowest setting, perfect for taller people. Very sturdy, rolls nicely, and great basic back support (encourages good posture). An added benefit, it's built for a heftier person and looks really cool (not like a typical desk chair). 5 stars.
