Moved to a new facility with multiple boxes of Scott paper towels already on hand. Purchased several of these and they did not feed the towels out correctly. There is a sticker inside warning that depending on the color of the roll brackets, each color is to be used only with particular Scott towel ID numbers. In our break room, we wound up just taking the cover off and suspending the towels from an underside towel holder and feeding them through this so that it cuts them automatically and advances the next towel as it should. This will work as intended when we've exhausted the huge supply of paper towel rolls we already had and order more.Just make sure to get the right towels for it. Don't assume all Scott towels will work in any Scott towel dispenser.

Does not use standard rolls. Have to buy special blue core rolls at twice the price. Sadly this one is headed to the dumpster, as the box was thrown out

Sadly this item doesn't work with our paper towels, but they are nice!
