Packaging: the replacement screen came properly packed and well protected against majority of expected incidents during postage - 5 stars for that.Screen performance: easy cable connection. Screen worked well when I tested it - the screen resolution was fine and colors acceptable - 5 stars for that as well.Now the most interesting and surprising finding. Depsite the fact that I ordered the item specifically for Dell Latitude 7490 laptop with the same screen size as per manufacturing code - the new one did not fit the mounting arrangement on the cover plate. When I compared it to the original (broken) screen I found discrepancy in size both horizontally and vertically against Center Line (CL) .... so be prepared to either return the item or have toolkit to adjust holes.... I'm going with the second option ... an inconvinience that could have been avoided if the product matched the mounting arrangements of Dell.
