My team installs a lot of network gear. No other mfg we have found offers a better cabinet at this price point, and it comes with thermostatically controlled fans and a PDU. Outstanding.

The rack is great. Support is also very good, I was missing a part and they sent it out within a few hours of sending a message.

We purchased this item almost exactly one year ago - around Thanksgiving in 2023. Our project got delayed and the item stayed packed in storage for almost a year. When we started unpacking and installing the components I noticed that one of the boxes it came in which contained the back and front doors was missing from the overall package. There were supposed to be 5 total packages and only 4 were present. I contacted the seller and they promptly replied and shipped the missing package - that is almost a year after the original purchase of the product!As far as installation, it did take a couple of hours, but it was generally straightforward. There were no electrical connections to be wired within the cabinet itself. Fans and display were already wired. The product itself is very sturdy, has an appealing look and is able to house a ton of equipment! A solid product!

I did not know this cabinet needed assembly. It took a bit to put together. The tempered glass door is somewhat nice, but means you might want to limit where it is located.

The rack is well made and comes with accessories that make it easy to put in production. Customer support is also very responsive and accomodating. Will definitely order more IT products in the future.

This was slightly challenging to assemble but once it’s up it’s an amazing server rack. It looks good, the panels and doors on front and back keep everything accessible, and it generally stays pretty cool with the included fans. They also include a ton of nuts and screws for mounting equipment; I have hardly needed the hardware included with the equipment I’ve mounted so far.
