I really like the big ice cube trays, the ice lasts longer. They are easy to fill & get out of the tray! The reason for only 3 stars is really I ordered 3 trays but really only got 2! The green tray must be made out of a different material because the mold doesn't release as easy & doesn't pop back to normal, unfortunately I can't add a picture. No matter how I try to shape it it won't go back to normal.

The ice cubes are just the right size to keep drinks cold longer without watering them down too quickly.The fact that it comes in a 2-pack is super convenient, and since they’re made of silicone, they’re durable and flexible, making it easy to pop the cubes out. I love these Large Ice Cube Tray for Whiskey 3 Pack, HANCELANT Big Silicone Square Ice Cube Mold with Removable Lid, 2'' Huge Square Ice Cubed Tray for Whisky and Cocktail(Grey). You get 3 forms when you buy this with 3 covers. This allows you to freeze a total of 18 craft ice blocks. They come out super easy when you need them and stay fresh with the cover. I have noticed that as long as I leave the cover on them, they will not have that "freezer taste" that I normally get with uncovered ice. They freeze slowly and they have a nice clear color when you take them out. The forms are stiff, which allows them to keep their shape well. I'd recommend them highly!

These molds make it super easy to make large craft ice cubes for cocktails, although that's not my use case. The ice maker on my fridge broke some time ago, and we've been making ice with a countertop ice machine, but it's kind of tedious to constantly have to pull out the machine and stand by for hours to empty the ice maker every time it fills up, which it does every 20 minutes or so. I tend to use a lot of ice in my water bottle, so having these big cubes is a perfect solution. Every day, I empty all the cubes into my huge bottle, then refill with water, and by the next day, it's ready to go again. I mean, it's a pretty old school way of making ice, but it's so much better than the smaller trays of ice because these giant cubes don't melt as quickly, and it's way less annoying than having to babysit an ice maker.Ice is popped out of these molds easily and it's so nice to have several trays to always have ice in the rotation. The colors are true to the photo, and the trays are easy to clean.

These make great ice cubes but they come in handy for much more. I use these to freeze heavy cream, mostly. Usually only half a cup or less is needed for a recipe and it's much too expensive to let it go to waste. I also like to freeze tomato sauce and tomato paste when I don't use a whole can. I have frozen mashed potatoes, leftover cream soups, or chicken broth. It's a perfect size when you just need to add a little flavor to a dish, or, if you have a baby or toddler, this is the way to go for freezing baby food and toddler sized portions.These are 2" squares and they hold right around a 1/2 cup or 4 ounce (I will call it that). The lids are silicone so they are flexible, whether that's good or not is probably just personal preference. I haven't decided yet. The trays are a little hard for me to separate when they're stacked together, but after a bit of finagling, they do come apart. I think they could be priced just bit lower, but with all the savings from freezing leftovers, I think it's a fair trade. Also, quick tip, I have found that a soft baby bottle brush works very well for cleaning, fits perfectly.

I bought this giant ice cube tray to use for freezing concentrated soup stock. It works well for this purpose.While the stock is freezing, the lid helps protect the food from freezer burn. Once everything has frozen solid, the silicone is flexible enough to easily remove the cubes from the tray. This flexibility also makes the tray easy to wash. I can stretch each section to make sure I get all of the grease out of the corners.This is a simple, durable ice tray that is easy to clean. I am happy with this order.

Love these silicon molds. They are a nice size and perfect for making ice cubes, or freezing broths, herbs, etc. When they are not in use, the bases fit into each other saving space. The lids fit nicely and allow them to be stacked in the freezer.

Works great! Use for yogurt and freezing dough dough starter. The cups each hold 1/2 cup and do not spill once lid is put on. Dishwasher safe and there is no residual smell or taste from the plastic.
