Works very well and I love the size of the ice it makes. Very easy to remove the ice once frozen over. No issues whatsoever! I love it comes with 3 trays and they stack very well on top of each other.

I started making my coffee at home. I was using the old traditional ice trays like I had when I was a kid. They didn't work to well for blended coffee lol so I decided to try this. It's the perfect size. Easy to fill and use. Freezes pretty quickly. And the container to store the ice as well as the mini scoop are very handy. Ice comes out pretty easily with a slight twist. Over all I'm happy with the product.

It’s a great product and makes really cute small ice balls. Only problem is they ship it in a clear plastic wrap with no protection at all. This obviously leads to broken parts. Mine came with a broken bin and lid which was disappointing cus the bin was the selling point for me. I had no choice, but to use it as I had a get together the next day and needed the ice. Pros: Makes cute small ice balls that cool drinks faster. There are 4 trays which fill up the bin faster. Cons: It’s a little messy when filling up the trays. It’s best to do that in the sink as water will splash out. As per the design of the trays, water stays on top of the top tray which makes for odd shaped ice that you can either toss out or keep. Inadequate shipping packaging, causes frequent lid and bin damage.

I bought this as a gift for someone who loves ice chips. They enjoy how small and easy these are than regular ice cubes. It is cute and easy to use
