I don’t know if I received a defective batch but they don’t freeze. I have had them in my freezer for over 24 hours and nothing is frozen. I even moved them around. I spread them out. Tried them in my deep freezer and the refrigerator freezer just to make sure and still did not freeze. Now I have another set on the way because I ordered a second pack before I realized they don’t freeze. I will try the second pack I ordered just to see if maybe I just got a bad batch. But for now these are being returned. Really wanted these to work

For the price I worried the plastic would be flimsy but these are really sturdy cubes that freeze well and are perfect for my iced coffee in the morning.

I was a little surprised, but these actually work pretty nicely. I don’t have an icemaker so I thought this would be a good alternative. They’re very easy to use. When you’re done with them, you just wash them just like you would wash the dishes and put them back in the freezer. I keep an empty plastic container in my freezer and put them in there so they’re not loose in the freezer area. I thought for sure that this one package would be enough, but I should’ve purchased two. So if you use a lot of ice, I would purchase several packs. These little squares have water in them and the water freezes. They keep drinks cold for a little bit. The great thing is when they melt they don’t water down your drink. So it’s excellent for a mixed drink or iced coffee.

I don't think these get as cold as real ice but they can be convenient, and, of course, they don't melt and water down a drink. However, you do have to deal with plastic and I'm not sure if that's the best thing. After buying them, I don't use them much, to be honest. Can't say too much for them or against them. So... they could work for you.

These are a game changer. I use them in freezable mugs for beer and it is literally ice cold for a few hours. A few arrived empty with all their water? solution? whatever is inside them leaked out, but I use these near daily and often hand wash them and they have held up well so far (3 months of use).

We use these in leu of larger bulky ice packs. They flex around whatever you are trying to keep cold and if you want you can take them out of the package to use inside drinks.Wife was hesitant to use these in our drinks for fear of odd tastes, but after using them to keep some 'adult beverages' cold she was sold! Kept it cold and didn't water it down!

I used these to keep milk cold in a beverage dispenser. After 2 hours, the milk was still ice cold! These little cubes are awesome. I tried them with just water first to see if there would be any flavor change and there wasn't one. My only disappointment is one of the cubes had a hole, so the water leaked and it us unusable. I guess for something coming from China 1 defective cube out of 50 isn't bad. I'd purchase again.If the company sees this review, please send me an ice cube to replace the defective one.Also, it's clear a lot of reviewers don't understand basic science. If you put a regular ice cube into a warm drink, the ice cube will quickly melt and the drink eventually warms to room temperature, if it wasn't already warm. These cubes are simply plastic cubes with water inside and work just like ice. These plastic ice cubes are not a freezer or refrigerator and will not dramatically cool down something that is warm or hot, just like a few pieces of ice won't do that either. Please use your brain.
