This is the 3rd set of "whiskey stone" style ice cube molds and they're all pretty similar. Where this one differs from my other sets, and why I deducted a star, is that the mold feels somewhat flimsy when you handle it and compared to my other molds it feels VERY flimsy. I've only used this a few times and so far so good but I'd be shocked if there wasn't some damage done to one or more of the chambers from use or handling.If these were really cheap compared to other options I'd consider them. If not I'd recommend looking at some of the heavier duty options to make sure what you buy lasts.

I've tried a lot of silicone trays and these are very good. My only one quibble is that they don't allow a "pour over" fill up. Some trays have beveled inside edges so that water will disperse between each hold. These don't. Bummer. But they empty as good as any I've used and I'm happy.

I picked up this in pink, and they’re already getting a lot of use in my kitchen. The soft, muted pink is a nice touch – something a little different that makes meal prep feel a bit more fun.I originally got these to freeze smaller portions of broth, sauces, and other liquids, and they’re perfect for that. Each section holds 1/4 cup with room to spare, so they’re ideal for when you just need a little to toss into a recipe.The lids are a game changer – none of my other trays have them, so it makes storage and stacking in the freezer a lot easier and keeps everything neat. The trays are thin and flexible, so popping the cubes out was easy, and they handled the dishwasher just fine.One thing to note: My food labels didn’t stick too well to the lid material, but that actually made them easier to remove, so I didn’t mind it. Also, 1-1/2 trays of cubes fit perfectly into a quart-size freezer bag, which is great for keeping the trays free for the next batch.Overall, they’re a great, versatile addition to my kitchen for freezing smaller portions of broth, sauces, or anything else you want to keep on hand.

I absolutely love this large ice cube silicone tray! The quality is fantastic—it’s made of durable, flexible silicone that makes popping out the cubes super easy. The larger cubes melt much slower than regular ice, which means my drinks stay cold without getting watered down too quickly. It’s perfect for cocktails, whiskey, iced coffee, and even chilling pitchers of lemonade.Cleanup is a breeze since the silicone is non-stick and dishwasher safe. Plus, the tray itself feels sturdy and doesn’t flop around when filling it with water. If you’re looking to upgrade your ice game, this is definitely a must-have! Highly recommend!

I love this ice cube trays. When they arrived, they had an icky smell, but I was pleased to read that they are dishwasher safe. I ran them through the dishwasher and the smell was completely gone. We made ice cubes that day for cocktails that evening. These trays are so cool! In spite of the fact that the "cube" part of the tray feel weirdly flimsy, because they're silicone, they stand up really well even when just full of water. The metal rim around the top also helps them to hold their shape. I love that they have covers, too, so that no crumbs or anything else fall into the forming cubes. It was super easy to get the cubes to release, too, thanks to the pliable silicone. They make great, fun, large square cubes and they look very posh in an Old Fashioned. I highly recommend these fun trays!

Being a rum guy, I was late to the reemergence of the whiskey craze. But when I did arrive, I landed on a new-to-me favorite cocktail: the Old Fashioned. Fact is, about a year ago we bought a new fridge, and in the freezer is a giant ice ball maker. I knew it was trendy and likely a mechanical headache over time, but my wife insisted, and truth be told, I'm glad we have it. Everyone loves a giant ice ball in their drink, even when crushed or small cubes are offered instead. But while a giant ice ball in my Old Fashioned is fine, it just didn’t seem genuine without a giant cube instead. Thus, I got this pair of Xyuetia giant ice cube trays.I really like the silicone material as opposed to the "old-fashioned" hard plastic ice trays of yesteryear. The best part is that there is a lid, which helps keep my cubes from adopting a freezer-burn taste when they sit for a long period of time. After all, I'm not drinking every day! Six cubes would have been plenty for me, but twelve is even better—especially come summer. And when everyone at my next party has ice balls in their drink, I’ll be rockin’ the solid cube. Great item and good value.

This is the best investment I have made this year. Most people use these just to make ice. I use these trays to make frozen mixers. From frozen Michelada cubes for our beers to a Cucumber Lime Mint cube that we use for our Wild Benjamin. By creating cubes it allows for the flavors to mix slowly while maintaining the drink cold. I truly recommend for anyone who wants to try thinking outside of the box.
