It’s the second time I’m buying this and it worked just fine. It came with the little thing to pop the sim card out and it came with a screen cleaning cloth. The tray looks just like the original one.

I needed to replace my SIM tray in order to turn in my rose gold iphone 7. It arrived and it fit snug and did not stick out. The color and tone are identical. I was able to return the iphone without any questions raised.

I received the tray intended for the waterproof iPhone, which I don't have. Until I realized this, I could not get the tray to sit in the phone's dock completely. This caused the SIM to become unlocked frequently. When I took the tray back out I saw the rubber gasket, and I knew they had sent me the wrong tray. (Luckily I had purchased the gold tray so the black rubber gasket was obvious.) Instead of returning a $5 item, I took a gamble and tweezers and removed the gasket. The tray slid right in and seated itself perfectly. BTW this product is not easily available from Apple. When I contacted the help line, they wanted to set me up for an appointment so someone could install the tray for me!

I needed this sim tray to put my phone back in service. This was the easiest fix as my wireless provider doesn't stock them. Listing was accurate, price was good shipping rapid.
