Disappointed with this machine. The “no ice needed” feature doesn't deliver. Drinks come out semi-chilled, not slushy. Preset programs don’t make much difference and results are inconsistent. It’s also very loud and the self-cleaning function stopped working after a few uses. Requires a lot of manual cleaning. For the price, I expected better performance and reliability.

We have been using this almost daily. Makes the smoothies slushies. Very easy to clean. Not as fast as advertised though, but still a great purchase. This is the only reason I marked it lower than the Max.

Just finished making Cola slushies for the first time. Just pour the cola in there to the max line, turned it on to the "slushie" setting and in about 25 minutes we had the perfect consistency slushies. This was the cola starting at room temperature. Time could have probably been cut in half if the cola had been refrigerated. When it started getting low, just poured more cola in there on top of existing slushie and in 10 minutes or less we were ready. Unit was not loud at all. Cleaning was super easy. A small concern is the dispensing knob and mechanism are plastic but seemed fairly durable. My wife is wanting a second one for the adult drinks for July 4th!

Once I figured out I needed to dilute the drinks slightly, the machine worked perfectly. Great investment
