I followed all instructions and could not get it to connect to my iPhone. could not get ahold of seller or manufacture for help. It also took a long time to receive.

When I plugged it to the solar inverter and tried to install using software it says that it is already registered to another account

Bought for a Victor Max 10.2kw inverter and works as expected and even lets me update the inverters settings from the phone.
