En general muy conforme con la calidad del producto. Es realmente pesada.Para objetar dos cosas: el asa de silicona no me termina de convencer. No queda firme en el mango y se pierde control del sartén, da la sensación que se va a dar vuelta en cualquier momento.La espátula no la entendí porque sus dientes no coinciden con las canaletas del sartén.

Very good pan. I am a fan now of the cast iron pans once I learned on how to properly season them and how to use them. Total non-stick and it will stay this way for the rest of my life. No more buying non-stick pans that go bad. The more I cook on it the more non-stick it becomes. This one came seasoned already so I only did one seasoning just in case and that was it.

I can't grill where I live. Well, I can but I don't want to go up and down the stairs! It provides a good sear, not only on meats and chicken, but vegetables too. As with any cast iron pan, I use the "comb-like" utensil that comes with it to get into the grooves along with hot water. If you use dish soap, you may want to dry it and then very lightly rub a neutral oil all over the pan. This should be very, very light so that it does not get 'gummy' in the cupboard prior to your next use. The silicone sleeve for the handle is wonderful to protect your hand from being scorched. All in all, I am extremely happy with this pan.
